The Project

The developer’s brief was to convert a former 1970s Job Centre at 2–4 Mill Street, Luton, into an 87-bedroom hotel. AC Design Solution was appointed for Building Regulations drawings and civil engineering design.

We provided technical support; the planning application was led by others. The work focused on the requirements of the hotel use within the existing building, including structural and drainage issues.
