Who are we
In 2012, AC Design Solution was established as an online multi-disciplinary service in response to the disproportionate fee structures and reluctance to collaborate among RIBA architects and other engineering companies. Our aim was to provide a unique service that offers everything in-house, with one BIM model to ensure smooth collaboration and handover to clients at the end of a project.
Our architectural design services in London include party wall expertise, and we specialize in designing extensions, renovations, and new build developments ranging from £20k to £20m in construction value.
We pride ourselves on offering a tailored service that is dedicated to our clients’ needs. To maintain our high standard of service, we limit the number of projects we take on and ensure that we are always just a phone call away to offer support.

We are a multidisciplinary team working for architectural design service in london, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Party wall.
Our Architectural design services includes but not limited to extensions, renovations and new build developments of one off housing to 60 units and experience with conservation developments and infil developments.
Our Structural engineering services includes designing robust structures for new build developments, load bearing wall removal, disproportionate collapse statement RC frame structure, steel structure and many more.
We cover all aspects of mechanical engineering and everything to do with the Party Wall Award.
We have been on some major complex projects for different disciplines for unprecedented and quite exceptional projects. Some clients have had horror stories before meeting us, we help eliminate their worst nightmares to create a residential design solutions.

Co – Founder
My Passion for surveying comes from having worked with AC Contractors Ltd on various sites ranging from residential to commercial. I am very energetic and focused on completing set deadlines on time; no project is seen as to big or small.”
Zubear Ali BA (Hons), ACIArb, MIPWS,MCMI has extensive experience in Party Wall matters. Following a law degree at St Marys University, but his passion was always in surveying. Since graduation his career lead to him dealing with neighbourly disputes and enhancing his career further by being a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of Institute of Party Wall Surveyors.
Zubear Ali BA (Hons), ACIArb, MIPWS,MCMI has a keen eye for attention to detail ensuring the team he manages are delivering and adopting high standard to conform with industry standards. Customer satisfaction is always key and is a vital aspect which is why AC Design Solutions keeps this at the forefront of designing and delivery.
Zaeem Chaudhary
Co – Founder
Zaeem BA (Hons), LLB,LLM,MCIAT is a highly experienced planning consultant with over 10 years of experience. His main role is to assist in major planning applications and complex planning matters. Zaeem also assists with all construction drawings and technical matters from structural to architecture
Zaeem has studied a law degree majoring in property law and then went on to complete his LPC of BPP Law school, but his passion was always in architecture. Straight after University Zaeem studied architecture via CPD and thorough research, he further gained valuable skills by joining a construction company and moved his way up as project management. He has completed thorough research and gained chartered status in the science behind residential architecture and how buildings can be more efficiently designed. Day to day tasks consist of overseeing all disciplines from structural engineering london, Mechanical engineering and Architectural Design, Handling all complexed matters within the company.
Giselse Viselka
Architectural Designer
Gisele’s passion for architecture led her to pursue a BA(Hons) in Architecture from RMIT in Australia, where she built a diverse portfolio of work encompassing various aspects of architecture. Her focus on residential projects, in particular, sparked her interest in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing homes. After gaining valuable experience in Melbourne, Gisele decided to move to London to broaden her horizons and explore new opportunities.
Since joining AC Design Solution in 2021, Gisele has been an invaluable member of the team, utilizing her deep understanding of client needs to create stunning residential upgrades, extensions, and flat conversions. Her expertise in planning and technical skills allow her to coordinate with multiple disciplines, apply materials and building methods, and achieve successful outcomes. Beyond her technical abilities, Gisele’s friendly personality and exceptional communication skills make her a joy to work with
Mohamed Emara
Interior Architect/ Architectural Designer
My passion for architecture started a long time ago, back when I was in high school. However, I could not have developed it into such a professional career without dedication, hard work, and consistency. I am a certified BIM architect/visualizer who excels at generating out-of-the-box designs, creating 3D models, developing construction drawings, and conducting market research.
I have proven to have extraordinary design skills and extensive knowledge of building laws and regulations. As a result, I have become a key player in AC Designs Architecture team. I am always looking for great learning experiences to expand my horizons and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
Ahmed Yasser
Senior Structural Engineer
CABE Certified Senior Structural Engineer with over 600 residential and industrial projects in the UK alone. Well versed in Building Regulations and the relevant structural codes to ensure the design passes Building Control Application easily and swiftly.
Project types range from New-builds, Blocks of flats, Hotels, Warehouses, Houses, all the way to Residential Extensions, with the superstructure comprising of Masonry, Timberframe, Steel-Frame, Reinforced Concrete, and ICF walls, while floors being Prestressed concrete panels (PCP), Reinforced concrete, Block and beam, and Timber floors, and the substructure of Concrete-piled Foundation, Screw-piled foundations, and traditional spread footing.

Akshay
RC Detailer
Akshay has over 5 years’ experience in RC Detailing, throughout his time he has had the opportunity to work on multiple construction projects, from residential houses to high-rise buildings. Akshay has worked on projects ranging from £1 million to £50 million contract value and detailed all Reinforcement efficiently and on time.
Over the course of Akshay’s career, he has developed a deep understanding of construction practices and the importance of attention to detail. Akshay is currently undergoing a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
