Who we are?
AC Design Solution is a multidisciplinary practice combining architecture, structural engineering, mechanical services, party wall surveying, and civil drainage. Since 2012, we’ve developed our specialism working on projects from £50,000 extensions to £10 million commercial and residential developments.
With a core team backed by specialist professionals MCIAT architectural technologists, IStructE and MIStructE structural engineers, MICE chartered civil engineers, and mechanical consultants we aim cover everything under one roof. Not every job needs a chartered engineer or MCIAT though our senior engineers with 10+ years Can handle most projects just fine. We only bring in chartered engineers or MCIAT when something needs special attention or certification, which helps keep your costs down on straightforward work.
When you work with our firm, you’ll receive large practice capabilities while getting the personal attention of a small practice. As our client, you’ll have our construction-experienced founders and entire network of specialists supporting your project from start to finish.
About the founders
Zubear, our Party Wall surveyor and CIOB candidate, brings decades of on-site experience from London’s toughest terrace-to-flat conversions. His expertise ensures complex boundary issues get resolved at design stage, not during construction.
Zaeem, our MCIAT-accredited Design Director, leads our technical teams on complex multi-storey projects. He coordinates everything from setting out large commercial buildings to detailed window schedules for high-rise developments, working directly with our structural and MEP specialists.
We handle our own site surveys because real-world buildability matters more than concepts on paper. Our construction background means every drawing gets checked against what’s actually possible on site. From local authority approvals to detailed construction packages, we deliver solutions that work not just look good.
