Common questions

Before we speak

What can we discuss on the call?

Your priorities for the space, the changes you have in mind and any initial questions about design, planning or building regulation drawings. Tell us about your budget and timing too, so the conversation reflects what matters to you.

Do I need drawings or a finished brief?

No finished brief is needed. Have the property address and your main questions ready. If you already have photographs, drawings or a planning decision, keep them to hand. It is fine to be at the ideas stage.

Can I book for a party wall matter only?

Yes. Choose Party wall when you enter your details so we know what the call is about. Bring any notice you have received or intend to serve, and the addresses of the properties involved.

What happens after the conversation?

We can discuss whether further research, a survey or a defined design brief is the right next step. If you would like to work with us, we can then discuss the scope of services and a proposal for your project.
