The Project
The developer’s brief at 43 Regina Road was to convert a semi-detached house into four residential flats. AC Design Solution worked on the scheme to increase the accommodation and organise it as separate homes.
The proposed layouts were considered within the constraints of the existing house. The recorded scheme adds approximately 64 m² as part of the wider conversion.
