The Project

The brief at 134 Broadway was to add a fifth floor to an existing mixed-use building containing 19 flats. AC Design Solution handled planning and structural engineering for the additional accommodation.

The proposal had to address the extra floor’s appearance in the streetscape and the existing building below. The external form and supporting structure had to be developed together.
